• Card Thickness :

– A - 60 mil (1.524 mm) to 50 mil (1.27

mm)

– B - 40 mil (1.016 mm)

– C - 30 mil (0.762 mm)

– D - 20 mil (0.508 mm)

– E* - Less than 20 mil (0.508 mm)

– Start at the lowest position and move gage up to

match card thickness.

– For other card thickness, start gage at the lowest

position and move up until cards feed
