5. Lift the Printer Frame Assembly partially out of the Lower Housing to allow

the RS 232 connector to clear the battery compartment in the Lower Housing.

Push in the media cover latch release button and pull the Controller Board out

from the printer.

Damage could occur if the Latch release button is not pressed in while removing the
